- If you choose an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly, subject to availability.

- If a defect in a RYPGolf product occurs within 1 year from the date of purchase, RYPGolf, in its sole discretion, will 1) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product, or 2) provide the necessary replacement equipment.
- Please note - If a product is damaged due to misuse, it is not eligible for a refund/exchange. However, we are more than willing to offer a significant discount for products damaged by the misuse of the user.
