Group Workouts

 Our goal at Ryp Golf is to build a community of golfers. If you’re here we know you have goals, and our team is here to help you attain them. One way to build a community is through Group Workouts. Every other week on Thursday nights we are going to have group fitness classes. Each week our focus will be different, but each class will be beneficial to every golfer.

Our team has an unbelievable background in competitive golf, motor learning, kinesiology, personal training, coaching and motivation. We have three TPI certified professionals on our team, along with countless fitness certifications, and over 25 combined years of higher education. We are excited to help you on your journey.

 

Our Group Workouts will be posted here for you to watch if you missed them live. Use them as much as you’d like!

Group Fitness On Demand - 
If you have a high school, college, or group of co-workers or friends; we would be happy to offer group fitness session for you. Ryp Golf is based in Minnesota, and depending on the current state guidelines, we can do virtual or in person classes. Please email us at rypgolf@gmail.com to schedule.
