RypStick Training Protocols

Our RypStick Training Protocols are free for anyone to use.

Our founder Dr. Luke Benoit has heavily researched these training protocols. This protocol has helped hundreds of golfers increase their distance. For optimal results please follow along with our protocols below:

STEP 1: WARMUP
STEP 2: LEVEL 1 TRAINING PROTOCOL

Please perform the Level 1 Training Protocol 3 days per week with 1 full rest day between sessions. You should do this for 4 weeks before moving onto Level 2. We recommend everyone starts at Level 1. Skipping protocols will restrict how much distance you gain.
