I bought one and followed the instructions. Easy to set up and can be formatted to your desired settings. I would recommend placing 4ft as this was my most accurate reading. My avg swing speed was around 78mph and within a week it's now 95mph. You have to practice, you have to dedicate yourself. You may find yourself slowing down when your on the course, but keep going to build up muscle memory and faultless reputation. For the price it's a no-brainer, get it and get better.

After four weeks of the first protocol, I gained between 5-6 mph on my swing. Looking forward to the next three protocols.

I primarily use this to measure the speed of my swing while going through speed workouts for golf. It does exactly what I need, easy to use, and is accurate. I'm glad I found this before I paid twice as much for a device that gave me a lot of information I didn't need.

I’ve only used this for about one week and my driver club head speed is up 6 mph
